「It was a fabulous room in a hotel with free breakfast (with plenty for vegans)
Sylvia who looked after us was full of knowledge about Florence, very helpful & really friendly
The location is close to the city centre with lots of fab bars & restaurants all walkable too
I enjoyed every part of my stay there & will definitely go there again

「This place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
