"Fantastic location for our needs. Had a great time at some of the local establishments and absolutely loved the ride out to Ouray and Silverton. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The condo is beautiful, beds comfortable and the few times I communicated with the rental co they responded immediately and took care of the little things. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

Reviewer Comments: This location was great for me and my young human, it was central to all the activities we had planned and the extra information in the binder was helpful to fill some gaps. Even in the dark with rain it was easy to find and access. The condo was clean and well equipped for the task of preparing food during our stay."

"Nice, spacious condo close to great hiking in the Silverton area. We will definitely rent here again. Had a well stocked kitchen which made it nice to eat in a few nights. We loved the pool, hot tub, and gym. Great stay!"

"This is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at! Everything about this spot was so thought out and pretty! I appreciated the small framed notes throughout and the fact that you provided makeup washcloths. The parking situation was super ideal and the location was so pretty. I have never seen a marmot until I pulled in front of the complex and a cute little guy was standing in the grass!! This spot was extra convenient for our plans at Purgatory Ski Resort, a very quick drive. I would consider staying at properties by this same host just for how well they communicated and how clean it was, great attention to detail. There is no AC, but it’s overall a perfect temperature in the evenings (and we knew before we came that there would be no AC). Maybe bring a little fan if you get warm easy."
