"Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We received no check-in info prior to arrival and couldn’t reach the host despite multiple calls and messages. We had to find a hotel at midnight. The next day, we finally got a response and were promised a refund for the first night. "The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Appreciate the fridg,freezer and microwave in the room. Also appreciate the nice bath which is rare.
