This spacious and comfortable two bedroom two bathroom, second row, second floor, oceanview, Pier Pointe West condominium named "Take Me A Wave" is just steps away from the beach, pool, tennis courts, biking/running path and more. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails, relaxing on the oceanside deck. Quality, family time is made simple, with the open floor plan sweeping from the dining room to living room to fully equipped kitchen.

~1150 Sq Ft, two bedroom two bathroom beachside, the second-floor condo is a perfect place to enjoy time with family, and friends, or even a special occasion. Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also situated right next to popular amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Trundle

Home Amenities: Flat screen Smart TV's in each room. Oceanside porch for relaxing. Upgraded WiFi. Ample seating for relaxing and enjoying meals.

Kitchen: Well stocked. Dishware, flatware, cooking and baking utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and full-size refrigerator.

General: Central A/C and heating. Stack washer and dryer in hallway closet (BYOS, Bring Your Own Soap). Bath towels provided. Bed linens also provided, with beds made upon arrival. A starter pack of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trashbags) will get you through the first night or two.

Wifi: Upgraded WiFi

Parking: 2 cars. Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.

Pool: Available May - October (closing dates are determined based on staffing and weather). Code is provided to pool in the welcome book located inside the property.

On-Premise Amenities: Tennis Courts, 2 Pools, Trash Disposal, Picnic Tables, Charcoal Grills (3 just by the condo), first come, first serve, and self-cleanup after use.

No Smoking, of any kind, inside the condo or on the decks. Additional cleaning fees apply.

No Pets.

We kindly ask you do not move inside or outdoor furniture. Additional fees apply.

Check-in was easy and convenient. The condo was clean and we appreciated the accommodations. The condo could use some small investments that would make huge improvements. Only one bedside light in each of the bedrooms worked. The outlet on my side of the master bed didn't work. The master bath could use some upgrades. New faucet and shower head and the master bath shower door doesn't close all the way and has mold around it. If it's not possible to get rid of the mold and replace the door, replacing the shower is needed. There was one tiny ledge in the shower for shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles, more spaces for shower accessories would be helpful. Not enough toilet paper was left. We appreciated all the towels! We appreciated all the beach accessories in the closet, they came in handy. Finally, I am a single woman travelling with 2 teenage girls. I did not feel safe at night with the limited door security. Front door only had the deadbolt controlled by the outdoor keypad entry. An additional internal lock would have made the front entry more secure. For the slider, a solid wood rod to put in the track at night would have made the back entry secure from someone trying to break in. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Emerald Isle is a gem!

Great family location

The condo was amazing. It was clean and had many of the supplies that we needed for our stay. We did have to buy toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls when we got there, but we expected that. We enjoyed the fact that it was only a short walk from our condo to the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. The only complaint is that we could hear every footstep that the people in the condo above us took. When we were laying down to go to bed at night, we just constantly heard footsteps and drawers opening. The noise from above was frustrating, but everything else about our stay was great!

Bathrooms outdated. Dishes left dirty. Dishwasher handle broken. Melted candy on one of the blankets. Wifi was broken and took 2 days to fix. Not sure if the place was cleaned because the inspector showed up 30 mins after check in and did not perform it as we were already there. Lots of water leaks. It is pretty and close to beach. But the condo needs to be updated and not cheaped out like it has been.

4 Day Weekend

I stayed here with my daughter and teenage granddaughter for 4 nights in April 2025. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the accommodations. The unit was very clean and well equipped and had comfortable beds, which is not always the case in a rental unit. There are some things in the unit that need updating and some updates have been done which were nice, I would stay here again.

Way Better than expected

Lots of rental places show heavy wear and tear, but this place was beautiful top to bottom. Convenient beach access and pools. Just super nice. Would stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

Emerald Isle - Great Location

We liked this property a lot! It was clean and comfortable and quickly felt like home. The bathrooms were a little dated. It was close to the beach - just across the parking lot and over the dunes. We rode our bikes to the Pier and the bike/walking path was nice. Suggestion for some minor changes / better knives in the kitchen - I like to cook - and a new standard coffee maker that included both a pot and the option for K cups. We would stay there again. 😊.

Family beach vacation

This condo was as described. A great location near the beach with a pool right next to it. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! Made it easy to clean up swimming suits to be ready for the next day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great spot

It was amazing!! Thank you so much for the space it was clean when we got there! My only suggestions would be to provide a broom and dust pan and definitely renovate that master bathroom!! My cousin stayed in an ocean front one where there was no bathtub but a much bigger shower❤️! Thanks so much for providing a wonderful place for our week away!

Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect for my family of four. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The host responded quickly to any questions. It is within 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery, and shops. Traffic was not bad at all in this area either. Beautiful beach and friendly people.

Very comfortable and relaxing

Pillow tops on the beds made the beds very comfortable. Nice porch with views of the ocean and pool. Kitchen island with bar stools. Very comfortable sectional in the living area. Several Games and books available.

Cute beach condo

The condo was super clean, bright and had everything we needed. Decor was very beachy and it was a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed coffee on the porch. The weather was perfect and we had a nice time celebrating our grandson’s graduation. We had some trouble with the door lock, …(not sure if it was us or the lock.)
