Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

Outstanding !!!! The host was great , the area was very quiet and located near good fishing . There were many nearby shops , markets , most of all ice cream shops. Everyone we met were very friendly and provided info on anything.The home was spotless. We will be back !

The property was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We appreciated the big kitchen, having access to nice beach equipment, and sitting on the porch in the evening. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and you can tell that he values offering a high quality place to stay. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Emerald Isle! Wade’s Place was fully equipped and super clean! Every detail was appreciated - from the nice beach wagon and super functional beach chairs, to the clean bedding, adequate towels/washcloths, to even having ice packs in the freezer - this house was perfect! Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach, stores, and eateries provided the ideal balance for a relaxing vacation! Would definitely love to return!

Lovely week at the beach
The duplex is so very clean and nice inside. Even the pots and pans were great. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We rode the bikes , the beach chairs were nice and new and we used the beach cart. I don't think there's a beach umbrella, but we had our own shade.A heads up for some families is you have to cross the main road to get to the beach. This was not really a problem for us at this time of year as it's not too crowded and we don't have little ones. But if it were the middle of the summer and if we had little kids, we might be more concerned about crossing the road. We would definitely look forward to renting it again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay
The property was perfect and the location to the beach was not too far of a walk (5 to 7 minutes to beach access). We enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending this place and host to our friends!

The home was very nice and comfortable . There is a beach room full of bikes, boards, chairs, fishing poles, etc. It’s a perfect location on a dead end street. Wade was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Vacation Rental!
This house offered us everything we needed for our week at the beach. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The bikes, paddleboards, and kayak Wade provided were unexpected and really enhanced our vacation! Wade was incredibly responsive in our communications before and during the trip. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Amazing Location and Stay
What drew us to this particular house was that everyone talked about how great the location was.
What we didn't expect was how homey it was. It was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and the location was really great.
We've stayed in 3 VRBO's now with our family and this is the first one that had enough bikes for our whole family (6 of us). We biked to the beach, to get groceries, breakfast etc. Biking saved us money on parking at the pier to go to the beach because the bike ride was just so close. The access was perfect.
We also enjoyed hotdogs and s'mores by the fire, and while it was right off of Emerald Dr., it felt very private and drawn away. There was a small sandy area where my son would play with toys, we enjoyed games and volleyball in the backyard etc.
The outdoor shower came in clutch with all the sand our bodies brought back from the beach. Loved having it to avoid constant vacuuming and sweeping (also not destroying the laundry machines with tiny grains of sand).
We've also never had such a great property manager. The reviews obviously said he was great, but truly, Wade was the best we've had. Quick responses, ready to make sure we had anything we needed, and genuinely seemed very kind and attentive.
10/10 would stay again, no complaints at all. We hope we can return someday!

Hidden Gem
Our week long stay was perfect! Wade made sure we had everything we needed and the house was even better in person. Beach gear for a quick trip to the sand or a long day playing in the water, he has everything you could want. Great home for couples but also spacious enough for families and just a short walk to the beach! We will definitely stay again on our return to Emerald Isle!

Perfect Emerald Isle getaway
We had a relaxing weekend in this wonderful rental. Very clean and well-equipped. Wade, the owner, was nice and accessible. The space was well laid out, and comfortable with a great kitchen space, smart TV's, washer and dryer, and bikes and more for us to use. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has an outside shower for when you return. It's near bike trails that take you to stores, donut shops and more. We had a great stay. Thank you, Wade!

Clean comfortable home on a quiet road
The property is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Check in was so easy. Wade checked in a couple of times via text to make sure their were no issues. We really appreciated access to the beach chairs, bikes, and kayaks. It was a great vacation!
