Experience the charm of beachfront living in this delightful, pet-friendly cottage, featuring a 6-person hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean (You can see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse on a clear night!). With 3 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, and 3 bathrooms, Apex is perfect for families and friends looking for a memorable getaway.

Two cozy bonus rooms, each with Smart TVs (no cable) and sleeping arrangements for 2 singles and 1 queen bed.
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Laundry area for your convenience and an additional Smart TV in the sitting room.
Main Level:

Open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Fully stocked kitchen with essential appliances and cookware.
Comfortable living room with a 42" Smart TV and cable.

Full bathroom accessible from the hallway, equipped with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the spacious deck with both covered and open areas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying the ocean breeze.
Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, hammock, and a hot/cold enclosed shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Additional Information:
Linens Provided: Bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included, with beds made upon arrival starting in 2025.
No Smoking: Please respect our smoke-free environment.
Flexible Stays: While typical rental days are Sunday to Sunday, flexible stays are welcome.
Pet Friendly: Bring your furry friends along for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Apex review

Apex was a disappointing rental property. It was dirty, very dated, many things broken or in need of repair, it was full of flies, a mouse trap was on the kitchen cabinet when we checked in and a roach was at the front door. It also had a strong cleaning fluid odor upon check in. The location was good, the beds were ok, but the place was so unappealing we left early.
