「The hotel front desk looks decent. But the ‘real’ surprise waits when you go inside. The corridors are dingy, scattered with cigarette butts, dirty. The laundry room is wide open, as is another equally unkempt room with pipes all along (I think it is the HVAC). The hotel has no lift, so had to drag my 50 pounds heavy suitcase up the stairs, go through two sets of tunnels until I reached my room. And then you have a even bigger surprise. 「The casa itself was interesting and clean, fun to stay in. Breakfast was enjoyable; presentaton was simple. We would make one suggestion: knowing limited huoman resources and water etc., some extra attention to the grounds would go a long ways to a welcoming and hanging-out atmosphere. Oh, one other thing we noticed that could be improved--depending on water pressure--the shower head in the Luminaria room (where we loved the patio door windowsi) provided very small spray,」
