「スタッフの態度が素晴らしい　マヨンビューのお部屋なので2階でも火山🌋の溶岩流が良く見えた 食事も良かった」

「It's really nice like a condo. I really comfortable stay and there is the best location near the mall, bus/jeep station. There is central of the city and a little bit busy place. If you are sensitive about sounds, there is noisy at night by loud music sometimes.」

「マヨン山を見に行きました。ホテルは街中にあり、大きなモールも近くにあり、とても便利なところでした。お部屋も綺麗ですし、ホテル内も値段の割にはいい感じです。ただ、朝食はそれなりのフィリピンな感じです。もちろん、ダメではありませんが、それなりです。」

「朝食のバイキングやスタッフの対応は問題ないが、冷蔵庫、クローゼットがないのが残念。プールからのマヨン山の眺めが良かった。」

「This hotel room and the restaurant are quite comfortable. The staffs are warmly kind to treat us and are well-prepared. The shuttle service is especially useful in case one leaves the hotel in early morning. 」

「Excellent from service to accommodation. My only concern was the pet bed we were given unwashed pet bed that smells sadly.」

「I stayed in 4 different hotels including a Lower Penthouse apartment during my holiday in the Philippines and I can honestly say Ninong's was by far the best. The room was good, clean and spacious, the pool was very good, fabulous for a night time swim but the breakfast blew me away, tons of choices something for everyone and it was hot, unlike many places where it's barley warm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was the tv, could'nt get it to work...

「Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't the best and some primary outlets in the room really should be replaced. Very worn out. The included breakfast was very simple but you could order a bit more if wanted. Not a lot of choices. Overall it was nice and enjoyable and clean.」

「田舎町のホテルということであまり期待はしていませんでしたが、とてもきれいなホテルで室内もとてもきれいだし、有名なマヨン山も眺めることができて最高でした。子供は、たまたまやっていたアジアンフェアーの激辛ビュッフェに戸惑っていたようですが、ルームサービスのメニューは、充実しており、メニューにないピザとかも聞いてみれば有りましたので満足しましました。ちなみにレストランはひとつです。 ホテル従業員もみんな親切で好印象を持ちました。プールも清潔でメンテが行き届いておりよかったです。」

「出張で何度かレガスピに来ていますが、今回初めてカサブランカスイーツに宿泊しました。 ホテルスタッフはとても親切でした。 シャワーはお湯が出るか出ないか賭けみたいな感じですが、ここは幸いにしてお湯が出ました。嬉しかったです。 空港へはシャトルバスがあります。事前に出発時刻をフロントに伝えておけば用意してくれます。」

「チェックイン　アウト　スムーズ時間待ちもなく大丈夫でした 予約もきちんと対応 ただ初日の部屋はwifiが繋がらなく　次の日他の部屋が空きましたので 変更してもらえました 多少タガログ語と英語で話出来る人でなければ難しいかも」

「Not the best, room was OK. They did not give us the free breakfast which was stated in the email. We were 5 at the room and they only gave us 2 breakfasts saying there was an issue with hotel.com so just fine.」

「Neglected rooms. Pest control has not been done as per the staff. We were not able to sleep at all as the room had coackroaches in them. There was no WIFI available as the routers were broken. Staff was very respectful to hear our concerns.」
