"Glad we relied on Hotels reviews. An older property, but clean and tidy. Room had signature Motel 6 vinyl plank flooring, so no wondering about stains on the carpet. Pets free. We did poke our noses into a different casino-related property down the road and immediately departed due to the odor of smoke. We'll stay there again on the way back."

"This hotel is almost 100 years old. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the decor is so much fun. If you love Nevada you’ll love staying here. "

"Expedia gave us a totally wrong address - 15 miles out of the way. Not the hotel’s fault. Room was clean and comfortable and there are small patches of grass right outside our room which worked great for our dogs. "

"I had a really good stay at the Bristlecone Motel. It’s a motel so there aren’t many amenities, but that’s exactly what I expected. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled fresh. The bathroom and shower were spotless. I was in the middle of moving and asked if I could have a room where I could park my car right outside, and they were happy to accommodate that, which I really appreciated. I had stayed down the road before at Prospector’s Casino, and this was a far superior stay in terms of cleanliness. I was traveling alone and felt safe here. Honestly it was so nice I almost stayed another night instead of getting back on the road. I would definitely stay again."
