「I was pleasantly surprised that the food at the restaurant inside the hotel was incredible. I would highly recommend the crispy Brussel sprouts as they are delicious! The staff was super kind and helpful, and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Additionally, the gym was very well equipped with machines and weights better than most hotel gyms I have worked out in before. The exterior threw me off, but I gave it a chance, and it was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again if I...

「Pool and hot tub were inder going maintenance bit we didn’t knock the hotel for that. Onsite laundry was helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Only knock is the carpet in the hallways look really old and worn.」

「very nice hotel!」

「clean」

「We really wanted to like this property because the staff and service along with the location in downtown Portsmouth was great, but there were just too many unsatisfactory things with the room, lack of comfort and cleanliness that prevented us from enjoying our stay. The bed was rock hard and you could tell there was no support it was just a pad resting on a slab. The staff provided extra pillows and a mattress topper to help but it didn’t do the trick. The carpet was worn and had accumulated...

「The room was very clean, beds were comfy. The lady that checked us in was extremely nice. Complimentary breakfast wqs also very good with a variety of options to choose from.」

「Super clean」
