Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again.
