「Beautiful property. Little pocket of what makes you feel like a giant forest, in the middle of Oak Brook. The water view with the trails is beautiful. The rooms were amazing. Restaurant not the best, nothing amazing, but palatable」

「Although I am a Marriott silver titanium member and it was 4:30 pm, my room was still not ready. Next morning my room card did not work to get into the club lounge. When I went down to the front reception, the lady seemed unhappy and reluctant to rewrite my card to give me lounge access for some reason.」

「Restaurant was closed most of the time because of staffing issues. I really wanted to keep my team in one location. Need to do a better job at the upkeep.」

「We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during our trip to Chicago! The room was absolutely lovely, comfortable, and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially loved the pool, which was definitely one of the highlights of our visit! The staff was AMAZING! Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Great customer service truly makes a difference, and the staff here did not disappoint. There were only a couple of minor disappointments. First,...

「The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Other than that, we had a suite, the remote for the sitting area was missing and they didn't have another one. Furniture is not veccumed under (discovered while looking for remote), showered was dingy, bathroom faucet was clogged and spraying sideways, when I took the aerator off and turned on the water, bit was grey, dark grey. Just a generally dated building not professionally updated. It worked for our one night stay, and the staff was nice...

「We had a comfortable stay. Bed was great, host was very accommodating and location was great!」
