The staff at the desk was very welcoming upon arrival. She answered questions before I asked them! When I returned in the evening she was kind and offered a coupon for breakfast the next day! Luis, at the breakfast was also very kind he brought my breakfast to me and customized my fruit choices. I believe the people that represent the hotel are the ones thar bring people back again
