「Front desk staff allowed homeless people to enter in the breakfast area and grab anything they would like. While the person attending the breakfast area did not want to allow this, when the front desk person came over they did allow it.」

「Room was fine but... 1. Raising room rates by hundreds of dollars on college homecomming weekends is unconscionable. Nothing more than predatory pricing. I know all chains do and have for years but that doesn't make it right, esp when parents are struggling with the economic issues we face today. 2, Our room had no soap or shampoo!!!! 3, Coffee maker had only two pods, one regular, the other decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf so we had to share our morning coffee. I understand that in...

「Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. For the price though, I guess I was expecting the overall vibe and quality of the amenities at the place, like the small pillows and thin blankets to be a bit...

「A gem in Granby. My husband and I stayed for one night. The hosts were excellent and made great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfy and we both got a great night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We had blueberry pancakes with ham. The coffee was good as well. I would definitely stay here again if we had the chance! Many thanks to the hosts!」

「Wonderful room and delicious breakfast! A unique stay 😊」

「Place was older and in need of maintenance. The slider did not unlock, so you could park in front of the room but had to bring your luggage around. It’s in an impoverished area and looks to be unsafe. The hotel had many security cameras but a couple was loud and arguing in the hallway at 3:30 am and the hotel did nothing even after I called. We left at 5:00am after very little sleep.」
