Conveniently located six miles from downtown Ellijay, this splendid three-story cabin offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! Surround yourself with lush trees and nature and beautiful mountain views. This beautiful retreat belongs to a community that offers a variety of fantastic shared amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a playground, mini golf, outdoor dining areas with picnic tables, a fitness center, and a game room with arcade machines, air hockey, and a pool table.
Upon entering this air-conditioned abode, you will discover a beautifully decorated open floor plan that effortlessly combines all living spaces into one. There is a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances so you can prepare exquisite homemade meals, including a Ninja Multi-Cooker and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area is flooded with natural light and boasts high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, wall-to-wall windows, and a comfy seating area with large TV with cable. The extensive deck offers a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor dining area with an umbrella and a gas grill. The lower level holds a family room with cozy furniture and a TV and access to a tree-lined deck with plenty of seats.
You will discover two well-appointed bedrooms on the main floor, one of them being the main bedroom with a cozy reading corner, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, a shower, and a jetted tub. The upper level enjoys a spacious bedroom with a TV, a reading corner, and an en suite bath.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
