This peaceful and spacious cabin is tucked-away in the highly sought-after Coosawattee River Resort. Not only is Riversong Cabin located directly on the Coosawattee River it also has an expansive list of amenities to enjoy: private hot tub, game room/bar area, air hockey table, ping-pong table, movie theater like TV room, and expansive outdoor entertainment areas. With 3 bedrooms and 3 Full bathrooms our property is perfect for families and groups up to 10.

Laundry Room: Convenient main level location, equipped with washer and dryer.
Caution: Driveway is paved but very steep

Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a king
Bathroom: One full bathrooms with modern amenities, shared by upper-level bedrooms and loft
loft ample seating for another place to gather with family and friends
Loft- 1 Queen Bed and a Futon that sleeps 2 ( please let us know prior to your stay If you want to use the futon so we can leave out linens)

Game Room: Air hockey table ping pong table, board games, entertainment space, wet bar, and additional full bathroom

★ Outdoor Living ★
Expansive covered porches, BBQ grill, firepit, hot tub, and outdoor furnishings. Walk down to the river for breathtaking views. You will not be able to walk directly into the river from the bottom of the stairs. It is just for getting a better view of the river.

Comfortable living room with a fireplace, upstairs reading and lounging loft, game room in the basement, and a movie theater room for entertainment.
All Tvs are smart TVs equipped for you to bring your own password for your own streaming services.

Fully-equipped with a refrigerator, range, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils to prepare your favorite meals.

The Coosawattee River Resort offers multiple amenities including indoor and outdoor pools; a fitness center; an arcade/game room; a stocked fishing pond; tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts; and an 18 hole miniature golf course! All resort amenities are available to guests and are included with your reservation.

We are a pet friendly property and all two dogs under 80lbs for a $100 non refundable pet fee.
