「The staff was Courteous and the room was clean. The only problem was Expedia said the pool was open yet when i arrived i was told it was out of service 」

「Hotel has a lot of charm. Rooms are spacious and comfortable . We had an issue with lack of hot water and problem was quickly resolved . 」

「The room was quaint and comfortable. The amenities were exactly what I needed; coffee maker, fridge, a small table and chair, plus a desk. The staff was friendly and let me know that my room was ready early, which was great since i flew in on a red eye in the morning. There were plenty of towels, good shower temp and water pressure, and comfy bed with an extra blanket. Also, the heat was working well, which was essential for January. The only complaint I have is that the bed frame was bigger...

「The room was very clean, smelled really nice, and was thoughtfully laid out. The staff were all super helpful and courteous, they've been very professional each time I've stayed. The restaurants and bars are immaculate and serve delicious food and drinks, and all the staff there were attentive and accommodating and very friendly. The only cons I could list were that the spa closed very early, it seems like a 4pm close time on a Saturday is a little strange especially when check-in is at 3, and...

「送迎、フロントスタッフのサービスは素晴らしかった。 トイレの流れが悪く、カーペットやベッド、カーテンの陰などの清掃状況は良くなかったが、よく使う部分はきれいに保たれていた。 22:00に着き朝6:00に出たが、夜、部屋の窓から見えるBBQスペースがきれいで、時間がなかったのが残念だった。」

「(注意点)　①空港からのシャトルバスは電話した方がいいと思います。②部屋にミネラルウォーターは全くありません。(感想)部屋を含めて建物は古いですが、居心地は良いです。床の清掃は絨毯のため完璧ではないけど、十分でした。朝食は簡素ですが無料です。ミネラルウォーターは朝食会場から奥のミニミニジムにあるのでもらいました。朝早いフライトでしたか、シャトルバスを使う人が沢山いて、私も安心して送ってもらえました。アメリカの高いホテルの中で良い方だと思います。」

「皆既日食の観測のために予約しました。 朝食（ビュッフェ）付きでしたが、料理の種類も豊富で連泊しても飽きることはありませんでした。 アメニティーも十分用意されていました。 シャワーのお湯もちゃんと出ました。（前日に宿泊したワシントンDCのホテルはお湯が出ませんでした。 今回の旅行で３つのホテルに宿泊しましたが、最も良かったホテルでした。」
