We stayed here for an archery event at the Farm, which was right down the road. Perfect location for what we were doing. House has a great view of river and matched the pictures and descriptions posted.

Sister's trip

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday. We went to the Casino, went to Fall City Kitchen for dinner. Enjoyed our sisters vacation!

Great property!

This house was perfect for my friend’s bachelor weekend trip! Plenty of room on the property for hanging out, and everything looked very well taken care of. Communication with the host was very easy, and the location of the house was perfect (right down the road from the Caesars casino, 15-20 mins from downtown New Albany). Overall a great experience!

Archery visit

Loved the back deck area looking at river spent the mornings before we went places and the evenings once we came back on that deck. House is about 10 minutes from New Albany and 20 from Louisville. It was a peaceful quiet location to chill before we went to the National Archery tournament and other activities we packed in. Host was very helpful and and communicated very timely throughout the entire process.

Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend trip! The porch was amazing!! The house had tons of space and was very comfortable. We loved seeing the barges and planes coming by! Thank you for letting us stay!! We had a great time!!

Leap Year Birthday

We stayed here to celebrate my 13th leap year birthday with my kids and my grandson. The house was perfect for us. My son and his wife really like being able to stay in the basement with the baby. It gave them plenty of room. The jets do not work in master bath. I was a little upset about that as I was looking forward to relaxing in there. The house is very close to the casino. We had a blast there. Overall this a great place and we will be back.

Beautiful location

Great location on the river. Dustin was super quick and responsive to any questions I had. Tons of space and utensils to make you feel at home. We will definitely book this spot again!

Peaceful house on the river

Our team loved the house for a number of reasons: its proximity to Louisville, its beautiful view of the river, its sufficient meeting space, and its comfortable aesthetic. We plan on coming back!

Southern Indiana Hidden Gem

Beautiful location. An absolute Hidden Gem right down the road from the Horseshoe Casino. Loved drinking coffee on the porch watching the barges on the river. Beautiful set up. Plenty of space to crash a small group.

Beautiful view

very clean and a beautiful view for your morning coffee. A lot of room! only down side was the smoke dectors needed batteries and one was hard to find.... it was in a kitchen drawer..LOL!

A True Gem

This property/house is a true gem. We were there for a girls' weekend and everything about this beautiful home met our expectations. It is clean and spacious. Everyone slept very well in the comfortable beds. The deck is the most wonderful feature. We spent hours on the deck, playing games, having cocktails and appetizers, and either watching the beautiful sunrise, barges going by, or the sunlight dancing on the water. A path and steps lead down to the water's edge. This home is in a rural area where you can just listen to the sounds of nature, but close to activities in Louisville and New Albany. We all enjoyed our stay and would book this great home again in a heartbeat.

Cannot beat location!

Beautiful view of the Ohio River. Rural but close to Louisville, KY and New Albany, IN where there is plenty to do.
