「We have stayed in many CBTS units and many leave little to be desired but we loved this condo. This was clean, modern and i was pleasantly surprised to see a stocked spice cabinet! The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. 」

「We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back! You are seconds away from the beach walking, and a short drive to the villages for shops and restaurants. There’s also a small shopping center in walking distance for quick things. We had an issue with the ac but the host quickly responded and helped remedy the issue. Check in and out was super easy and the host is readily available to assist with anything.」

「We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront rental in Elizabeth City! The location couldn't be better — right on the water with stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Sitting out on the deck with a morning coffee or evening drink while watching the boats go by was truly relaxing.One of the biggest perks was the **private boat slip**, which made bringing and docking our boat incredibly convenient. Being right on the water gave us easy access to explore the river and enjoy water activities...

「We had a great time at the house. Location was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/mini-marts. Pool provided nice change of pace without sand. Good-enough fitness center and beautiful tree-lined trail for those who want to get after it on holiday. Our highest recommendation!」

「Upon arrival we were immediately hit with a bunch of flies and a ridiculous amount of fruit flies inside the unit. We spent a ton of time trying to kill/ get rid of them, but the more we got rid of the more appeared. Flying in our faces, in our food, just everywhere. It was extremely annoying to say the least. The bedding smelled like sweat and the couches were dirty. I highly suggest a good steam clean a d couch covers. The closets also smelled of body odor and sweat. The freezer reeked of...

「We had a wonderful time at Duck! The condo was perfect for my hubs and me. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub in the back yard. The condo is positioned in the middle of the road which meant it was close to the beach and the town. We spent days at the beach and evenings in the pool and hot tub. Perfect trip for our anniversary!」

「The view of the ocean was stunning. The balcony was a great place to relax and watch the waves. Being so close to the beach was convenient and enabled us to enjoy 4th of July from the balcony. Beautiful condo!」

"I encountered G for the first time in a hotel room in my entire life. Extremely dissapointed as the staff didn't even offer a different room. Towels are supposed to be white but each towel has different whiteness & I wouldn't use them if I brought towels by myself. All in all, I would stay in another hotel if I have to go there again."
