「The house and neighborhood are beautiful. The walk to the beach is short. However, the house is not well maintained by the management company. The air conditioning system and fridge were not working well. Also, the master bathroom had mold. No amenities like trash bags 」

「We stayed slightly off-season here (mid September). The complex was very quiet and we were lucky to have a third-floor unit with a nice view from the balcony and some of the windows. There are a lot of great recreational amenities in this complex, although not all of them were in top condition or well-maintained. Still, for the price we thought that this was a really good value.
