「Staff: when we arrived we was greeted by a local, unable to identify if person is staff or just a local. We got checked in, no advice how to get to room nor information about pool, wifi, and breakfast to which we paid for. Next morning we figured it all out. We also wasnt able to use the only pool, as it went under treatment and lasted entire holiday. Few days later wrote a feedback to expedia and staff locked us out from our room by deactivating key card so we are forced to speak with them...

「We felt at home. The owner upgraded our room to sea view and a balcony. This is a family-owened business so we could witness the caring about their property and kindness of treating the visitors. Otel is very clean and not a big place although they are upgrading the rooms one at a time to make it even better. Owner and staff were very helpful assisting us with our questions. Food was very delicious and home made. Chicken kebap was the best in our entire trip to Turkie. We will come back...

「I come to this hotel twice a year and I have never been disappointed. I am very happy with the hotel customer service and location. The rooms are clean and spacious. I also like the hotel been close to the beach and the biggest shopping centre in Alanya which is called alanyum. I would recommend this hotel to people who wish to stay short term and long term. Also great prices」

「Yorumlara güvenip gittik, odayı büyüklüğünü, rahatlığını da beğendik fakat yatağı kontrol ettiğimizde şok olduk. Yatağın her tarafı kıl doluydu, kendileri özür dileyip farklı odaya aldılar fakat o odanın da yatağı yine aynı şekilde kıl içindeydi. Akşam geç saat olduğu için çalışan yalnızca 1 kişi vardı ve ne kadar elinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olsa da zorlandı. Mecburiyetten olur dedik, bir şekilde kullandık. Bizim şansımıza böyle denk geldiğini ummak istiyorum. Zira büyük rezalet yaşadık....
