「It was a great stay the only thing that made me take off a star was the ants in our room. They were only in the bathroom but that’s still not something you want to see. The breakfast was really good, the staff was really friendly and for the price it was a wonderful stay! Will be coming back again!」

「The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Interestingly enough the Cook county code requires all residential and commercial bathrooms to have exhaust fans. Also, the staff falsely charged my incidentals for some water they were selling in the lobby and I pointed that out so they had to remove the charge.」

「The hotel was spotless. The housekeeping staff really takes pride in their work and it shows! The breakfast was very nice! Not just a paper wrapped muffin and oatmeal in a package but freshly made eggs, sausage, and waffles. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Most of utility and facility were good. But unfortunately, a tap of bathtub was wobbly from a wall.」
