    The living and dining room is a sociable and open-planned space, ideal for spending time with your loved ones.



    There is a 3-seater sofa for relaxing in the evening and watching a film on the flat-screen Smart TV.



    For relaxed lunches and special evening meals, there is a dining table with four comfortable seats and an elegant light pendant to illuminate the table.



    An open staircase leads to the bedrooms on the second floor.

    The glass door facing the ocean opens to the balcony with a dining table and seating. There is a roll-out sunshade so you can enjoy eating outdoors.

    Twin single beds (90 cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps and built-in storage for your personal belongings. Also with external light-blocking blinds.

    Rooftop terrace



    There is a sun-filled roof terrace where you can relax and sunbathe in privacy. Keep your drinks fresh in the cool box that is inside the side table, a sunshade, and an outdoor shower.



    Communal outdoor swimming pool



    Enjoy the year-round sun in Radazul by the communal swimming pools with sun loungers.



    The large swimming pool measures 20 x 8 meters and is 1 to 1.65 meters deep.



    The round children's pool measures 3 meters and is 0.50 meters deep.



    The swimming pools are not heated.

    Check-in / check-out



    Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 3 pm.



    Online check-in before arrival



    As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.



    Towels, linen and professional cleaning



    We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.



    We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.



    We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.



    Mid-stay cleaning

    If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.



    Families



    We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.



    Remote working



    If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



    The local area - Radazul



    Radazul is the place for water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, SUP, jet skiing and more. You can also enjoy open-water swimming 365 days a year in Radazul!



    From the apartment, you can walk to the Radazul marina, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza) and a number of seasonal bars and restaurants.



    Past the marina is Radazul beach where you will find two small black sand beaches protected by a breakwater and a large bathing area open to the ocean. Next to the beach, there is a children's playground, gardens and a solarium and a mini market.



    There is a laid-back beach bar on Playa La Nea (150m away) where you can enjoy a cold artisan beer, mojito or light snack. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer and the sun shines for longer in the evenings.



    Opposite the apartment building is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of room to stretch your legs. There is also a children’s playground.



    The village center has a small shopping center with a SuperDino supermarket and various cafés and restaurants to have breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisanal bread and pastries.



    A short drive away (8 minutes) there’s a Lidl, Mercadona and Carrefour supermarket and a large shopping center with international brands.



    Radazul is ideally located to explore the whole island.
