"So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest.
