"Good central location for us and we enjoyed the well presented breakfast buffet each day. Rooms were clean and spacious but could do with some updating in places."

"Spacious room, clean and tidy. Towels changed after 3 days. Good quality pool towels (pay deposit). Friendly staff, nice pool bar, with bar snacks. Nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Two pools plus kid's pool and playground. Separate bar with music open in the evening. "

"The staff were very friendly upon arrival and checking in, along with the service when using the bar and restaurant. The rooms were also very clean and presentable, with wine, water and snacks on arrival."

"There aren’t any shops nearby l think you should highlight this on your website. The supermarket is als a 30min walk away. The bus stop is also a 15 min walk away. MAAR House is in a remote location but it’s lovely and peaceful and the facilities are good. Ursula the owner is very friendly and helpful !"

"Very welcoming hosts,it was lovely to meet both Sue & Martin during our stay! Sue even went shopping for us to sort out a small WiFi issue!! The property is fully equipped with all you could need for a family & is set in a lovely tranquil area,which was great to relax & unwind by the pool & then watch the sunset over the mountains from the rear terrace in the evening! We all had a fantastic stay over Xmas & the New Year! The only slight improvement would be an increase in the pool temperature as it was still a bit too cold at this time of year for the kids to enjoy it fully! Overall we all had a lovely stay & would highly recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing break in lovely surroundings! Thankyou Martin & Sue for looking after us! The Taylor Family! "
