「Great place to stay」

「El baño es muy pequeño. Me encanto mucho porque solo iba a dormir. Staff es super. Los Amo y vuelvo otra vez」

「Excelente hotel, volveremos」

「Before we checked in, the staff kept our baggages. Also, breakfast was good! We could spend good time in the hotel.」

「Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.」

「I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and truly accommodating. Sergio (the head chef) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I had some dietary restrictions and he was super helpful in meeting all my needing, even offering some off-menu items and all my meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lotto hotel and I'll be repeating my stay soon.」

「Staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast excellent. A/C in the room was not cool enough throughout the stay.」

「the restaurant is aewesome. breakfast mango is highly recommended」
