Kleines Häuschen mit 2 Etagen, Terrasse u. Garten

Ruhig gelegen innerhalb eines großen Gartens. Einrichtung, Mobiliar z.T. nostalgisch. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Steile Treppe zu den beiden Schlafräumen sowie Keller. Im Keller befindet sich die Dusche, Waschbecken und Sauna. Küche ist winzig, aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig und schön in einem großen Garten. Vermieter sid sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen. Sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub Ideal für die die Ruhe suchen und schöne Wanderungen machen wollen.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Insgesamt ist alles sehr zu empfehlen. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out war absolut problemlos und die „Nachbarn“ waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles, was man braucht. Zusätzlich sei erwähnt, dass ein E-Herd ebenfalls zur Ausstattung gehört. Was uns speziell etwas störte, war zum Einen dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum nächsten Schlafzimmer war (was für unsere Große ein absolutes Problem darstellte) und zum Anderen hätten Fliegengitter dem Haus ganz gut getan (wir sind etwas verwöhnt in der Hinsicht). Was im Inserat nicht ersichtlich war, ist dass wir den verbrauchten Strom zusätzlich bezahlen mussten. Das ist kein Beinbruch aber hätte meines Erachtens nach hier erwähnt werden müssen. Wir bedanken uns für eine schöne Zeit und ihr entgegengebrachtes Vertrauen.

Perfekt für den Urlaub mit 4 Personen für eine Woche. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Einzig der Geschirrspüler hat uns etwas gefehlt.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund sehr wohl in diesem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Über drei Etagen war genügend Platz und die Sauna haben wir auch liebend gern genutzt. Alles in allem eine einfache rustikale Einrichtung, sehr praktisch und gemütlich. Wir können das Haus mit direktem Blick auf die Skipiste und einem großen Garten (weitestgehend eingezäunt) bestens weiterempfehlen.

Klein aber fein

Das kleine Häuschen liegt in einem schönen Garten abgelegen von der Straße, Verkehrslärm gibt es hier nicht. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind hier und für diese Zusammensetzung ist das gemütlich eingerichtete Haus ausgezeichnet geeignet. Das kleine Städtchen Eibenstock lässt mit seinen vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt keine Langeweile aufkommen. Wir können dieses Ferienhäuschen guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen und werden bestimmt auch selbst zu Wiederholungstätern.

Alles in der Nähe egal ob Apotheke oder Bowling Bahn. Nur die Öffnungszeiten muss man beachten. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub mit Schnee und Sauna.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund im Sommer da. Das freistehende Häuschen ist in einem großen Garten gelegen, mit Terasse. Man ist ganz für sich, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Häuschen ist zwar einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, geben gerne Auskunft. Für Wanderer ist die Umgebung super geeignet, Eibenstock ist ein nettes Städtchen, es gibt ein schönes Lokal feldschlösschen, wo man auch draussen sitzen kann. Alles in allem eine gute Grundlage für einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir sind mit 5 Personen angereist. Das Ferienhaus ist zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Freizeitaktivitäten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Nettes kleines Haus mit großem Garten, gut für eine Familie mit zwei bis drei Kindern. Sauna war im Winter sehr gut. In Eibenstock und Umgebung kann man sehr viel unternehmen.

Nice place and region

The house is nice and well equipped (oven, microwave, hair dryer, coffee machine...). The place is good to visit the region, easy access and facilities. There is one room with 3 beds and other "open" room with 2 beds but no privacy. If you want to go from the big room to the living room for example, you always need to pass by the "second" room. So, the house is good for a family with children but for two couples it would be a little uncomfortable. Besides that everything was really nice.
