「The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated. One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. 「Communication was good, the arrival process went well, and accessing the property was easy. However, upon arrival, I checked the place and found it wasn't sufficiently clean for guests. The coffee maker was dirty; in two of the three bedrooms, the bed sheets didn't smell fresh—only the master bedroom’s linens did. The curtains are in need of replacement, and the inside of the oven door was dirty. A property like this should be much cleaner, so that guests can arrive and immediately feel the...

「OMG. We loved this place. So serene and relaxing. We loved being able to dip into the pool whenever we wanted and it didn't matter how loud we played the music - there were no neighbors nearby. The view was phenomenal. The big surprise was the waterfall in the pool at night. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Need a little tender clean, need schedule a exterminator. Ceiling on top of stove is dropping termite grounds (is not coffee). Communication was ok. Need to put a sign on front of the bathroom "watch you step" (to prevent fall) for safety. AC work fantastic. Walking distance to Plaza, stores, rest, mini market, Pharmacy, and coffee & Pubs. Host was friendly and professional. Driving distance to beachs, hospital and historic places. Don't know where trash is collected so I left at behind the...
