"The hotel was very clean, it had a luxury feel and the staff were excellent. Drinks and food were very expensive but it was to be expected for the location. Breakfast was very expensive but was good, with the exception of pancakes that were microwaved on requests in stead of being cooked fresh, which was very poor effort. Most places cook pancakes fresh, and most places don't charge £33 per person for a buffet breakfast."

Room service was just plain bad food - but they have you hostage. It was clean. It is convenient if you need to be at terminal 2 for early flight and want to be on property. Otherwise it is overpriced across the board."

"When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful."
