The reason we did not give five stars was the broken shower head and the fact that coffee pods were free in the past and now need to be purchased."

"The kitchen ws fully equipped. There were supermarkets and restaurants nerby. Two train stations were a short walk away. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly return here whenever we are back in London. The staff was also very helpful. We didn't have the breakfast buffet but it was a god option to have."
