"Everything about our stay was perfect. Steve the porter who helped us with our luggage was friendly, personable & kind. Check in staff were great, the free prosecco was a really nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable and location was perfect."

"Room, breakfast and location excellent - can’t fault it. Hotel perhaps a little worn at the edges. Only thing that let it down was the area the bottom of the stairs which we walked down instead of waiting for the lift. We had to walk over broken dirty tiles to get back into Reception. Otherwise faultless and would definitely return."

Poor communication, property double booked with another couple who were not only outside trying to get in when we turned up, but later tried to get in to the apartment when we were in it. No hot water, but received a text in the morning to say switch is in kitchen by the boiler. Don’t be fooled by the good pictures "
