Very nice suite, wasn’t ready when we arrived but the hosts got everything ready very quickly. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Will definitely be using VRBO again.

Fabulous Hidden Gem!

Close to the airport and all the amenities of home. This unit is exactly as described! Would definitely stay here again! Oh and the sofa is super comfy!

Great Experience

Cute and clean! This basement suite has high ceilings so you don’t feel like you’re in a basement. Everything was easy and ready to go when we got there. I brought my dog and Kate was thoughtful enough to leave a couple of dog treats available for him. It was a very sweet gesture. When I am back in the area I will look into staying here again.

Easy check in. Friendly owners! Small mishap in the beginning but was easily fixed! Quiet. Comfortable. Everything you need avail. Bed was a little too soft for me. But everyone has their preferences on how they like their bed.

Modern clean and inviting

We were so pleased we found this gem. Kathy was wonderful to deal with. There was a bit I’d a hiccup upon check in but she was very accommodating and she worked quickly to solve the issue. It was spacious, modern and bright for a basement suite. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances you usually don’t find at other VRBO The bed was very comfortable as well. If you enjoy walking, the pathway is very close by. All in all, we would recommend a stay here.

Great Place - Would Recommend

I'm always grateful to find a place that'll allow dogs. This basement suite was clean and spacious, one of the nicest pet friendly places we've stayed at! My dog is almost 8 years old and I've had to stay in some really dingy places due to her size and the unavailability of dog-friendly places to stay. This property was reasonably priced and a breath of fresh air for the owner of a well-mannered dog. I would absolutely recommend this place (whether you're a dog owner or not)! Very close to the Anthony-Henday, so quick access to many places in the City as well. It was also nice to be so close to the park to go for a walk. Worth noting for some: They have kids upstairs. It wasn't an issue for us whatsoever, but we could hear the pitter-patter of kids running around upstairs in the morning. The house seems to be very well insulated so other than the pitter-patter of kids' feet for a very short period of time in the morning the property and neighbourhood were very quiet.

Clean, warm, spacious suite with all amenities we required. We would definitely recommend this suite to other prospective renters. Issues for improvement - TV reception and motion-censored light on the sidewalk leading to the suite, who cited Shaw as the cause. At that time, Shaw was not reporting an outage in that neighborhood. Motion-sensored light outside the entry door doesn’t turn on soon enough, resulting in the need to use the flashlight app on our phone to find our way to the entrance - same reported to owner who said he’d fix it the next day but didn’t. We don’t know whether this was addressed after we checked out.

great place to stay close to everything the place was very clean and very fresh the host welcoming and great at communicating we could not have gotten a better place to stay for our vacation the neighborhood is also very clean safe has many playgrounds and walking trails for kids and dogs over all 6/5 !! in the future we will always try to stay here when vacationing in edmonton
