「Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. 」

「The room was wonderful, staff was friendly. The hotel is like a little museum. We had dinner in Little Italy and our breakfast in our bedroom, which was great. We'll be going back for sure.」

「オリオールズの球場まで歩いてすぐなのでナイター後も安心だった。 ウェルカムドリンク付きのプランだったが、バーが閉まっているため提供できないと言われた。 部屋は広くて快適だったが、しばらく客が入っていなかった部屋なのかところどころ埃が積もっていた。」

「スタッフは親切な対応です。 電子レンジを使いたいと受付に言ったら部屋に持って来てくれて、宿泊中無料で使えました。シャワー・浴槽つきの広い部屋で満足です。 比較的治安はよく、10分くらいでレストランに行けます。食料品のお店は近くには見つけられませんでした。 交通の便が今一つでPenn駅までタクシーで15−28ドルくらいかかりました（ウーバーにすればもっと安いと言われました。） Expediaで支払った料金に加えて、施設・サービス使用料とかに別途毎日約30ドル請求されました。」
