This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom newly built Lake Martin residence provides plenty of relaxation and the perfect weekend spot to gather with family and loved ones! Featuring an array of household amenities and ample living space - both outside and inside - spread out and kick your feet up for an idyllic vacation at Alabama's most beautiful lake! This home offers a screened-in porch with large flat-screen TV (awesome for fall football!), along with two indoor seating areas that open to both a kitchen and dining area. The large, well-appointed kitchen boasts plenty of counter space for meal preparation and serving and comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, utensils, glassware and more. The dining area is situated in front of a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an incomparable view of the water and sunset - the perfect complement to dinner. On the main level are two master suites, each with its own king-size bed and walk-in shower, as well as a separate powder bath and a laundry room.

Upstairs, you'll find two more king bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower combo to accommodate little ones) and a bunk/play room (what we affectionately refer to as "The Aquarium"), which can sleep up to four kiddos.

Perfect spot to stage our daughter’s wedding

This house was absolutely perfect. We are from out of town and needed a place for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. The bridesmaids gathered to get dressed and have breakfast on Saturday morning. We took pictures in the back yard and bedrooms. The windows all along the back of the house were stunning. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would definitely recommend!! We will be back on a less hectic weekend to enjoy the lake.

We Love this House!

This house is perfect for our family! This was our third year of staying here and we love it! The house is beautiful, the cove has deep clear water, and it is very quiet. The owner is very helpful and at hand if you need anything. Already looking forward to coming back next year.

This property is in a great location in a cove and also near a boat launch. The house is beautiful and clean. The owner is so friendly. I highly recommend staying here. My family wants to return annually.

Beautiful house, excellent stay

This lake house is just as stunning in person as it is in the pictures! The beds are all very comfortable, plenty of space in the living areas to spread out and relax. We especially loved lounging on the screened porch and the dock. The cove is tucked away with low traffic so perfect for swimming, but with quick access to big water for gas stations and restaurants on the water. We will definitely return!

Perfect is THE word to describe this amazing home. The location is close to so many wonderful places to eat. The house was laid out just right for our family and teen age grandkids. It was spotless inside and out. And the owner made every effort to be sure we had what we needed. It was perfect!

Friends trip

This was our second time staying here and it was even better than last time. We had the best holiday weekend here with friends and family. After renting many times in all different locations on the lake, we decided this house is in the best area. It’s basically middle of the lake and easy access to all the fun things to do and restaurants. The house itself is amazing!! The cove is quiet for swimming and chilling by the dock, and when you’re ready to do some boating, you come out of the cove to some gorgeous open water(great spot for a sunset cruise as well)! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for an amazing lake vacation!!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We loved this property for our annual Lake Martin trip. The furnishings are high end and decor is beautiful. The location cannot be beat, being so centrally located. The kids in our group loved the lilipad for swimming off the dock. Kitchen had all the accessories we needed to cook. The king bedrooms with en suite baths made it so comfortable for the adults while the kids loved the 4 beds in the kid room. The only two TVs are in the main living room and screened in patio - not a negative for our group but worth mentioning. Kids had iPads but we enjoyed the lake more than the TVs! Paul was super responsive and even changed his payment structure with VRBO to make it easier for renters to pay installments (deposit + remainder) to accommodate guests. Boat rental is 5 min away at Kowliga and docking boat was easy on floating dock. There’s a rocky/sandy area for littles ones to Wade in water (bring water shoes). All in all, loved this home and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect

My wife, our son and his girlfriend were joined by my sister in law and husband with 2 adult children. All professionals. Everyone had a bedroom and a bath. The house was spotless, immaculate, furnished beautifully, decorated very well, screened porch, large dock, comfortable beds and very an attentive host. Thanksgiving stay

My husband and I, along with our three adult children and five grandchildren met at this lovely home on the lake for the week of Thanksgiving. It was a perfect fit for our needs. The house is clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the screened porch with a wood burning fireplace and TV. A great place to get away and enjoy nature!

Instant Relaxation

This is our second trip to this wonderful lakeside home. Property is in a great location -peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The house worked perfectly for our family, with spots for everyone and opportunities for quiet spots as well as more communal gatherings. The spacious screened porch with fireplace and large-screen TV was our go-to spot - amazing! Our host was kind and accommodating. All-in-all a great experience!
