"Great Location and Service, but Cramped Rooms
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Dresden Central Station. However, it seems to prioritize maximizing occupancy over guest comfort. My room was so compact that I struggled to fully open my suitcase, with virtually no dedicated luggage space.
The facilities also felt dated, with an Ethernet port but only two electrical outlets. The bathroom lacked sufficient space for personal toiletries.
That said, these are mainly design issues. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel was remarkably clean and well-maintained, reflecting excellent housekeeping and management.
Breakfast was another highlight. Staff organized seating efficiently, and the buffet offered an extensive selection.
Overall, a well-managed hotel with excellent service and a fantastic location, though room comfort and facilities could use improvement."
