The issue is that there is only the keypad locking the bedroom door. No deadbolt or other security features. And it is just you and the other renter(s) there. No desk person, etc."

"The size of the home is ample for a large group. We were 12 people and fit comfortably. The living room was spacious. It would be good to know ahead of time which rooms are on which floors for rhe the elderly members of the family because of stairs. The location for graduation was perfect. "

"The property was great. We had an 8-person work team and this worked well for dividing up between the two properties. Kitchen facilities were good and the property was clean and well appointed. Perhaps an entrance rug on the side door since people walked behind the home to get from one property's door to the other property's door. Perhaps firmer pillows. Parking worked well for 8 cars. "
