Here you are offered a summer house with a long family history. The property has been the setting for memories since the 1930s, and many guests describe how a sense of calm is felt the very moment you step inside. It leaves room to create your own moments, both big and small.
The 95 m² house was designed and built in 1997 by architect Steen Andersen. The construction in larch wood and linseed oil creates a natural and comfortable indoor climate that invites presence and simplicity.
The high-ceilinged living room brings everyone together around cooking, games and conversation. At the centre of the room, the wood-burning stove creates a warm gathering point, while a large daybed at the other end invites relaxation, play and quiet moments.
The bedroom in the main house features a double bed and a workspace. The annex contains two additional rooms, giving the property a total of three bedrooms and six sleeping places.
Large glass sliding doors open onto a covered terrace and a semi-wild garden that reflects the spirit of the house. At the back, a wide staircase offers a cosy spot for morning coffee, while a fire pit, barbecue facilities and small sheltered corners extend life outdoors.
You will also find garden toys, two paddleboards and the option of archery for experienced users, allowing days to be shaped by mood and weather.
The area is truly special. The house is located in the heart of Mols, between hills and beach, where the landscape shifts between coastline, open heathland and rolling hills with long views. There are hiking trails, excellent cycling routes, small coves for swimming and calm waters for paddleboarding. The atmospheric town life of Ebeltoft, its glass museum and charming harbour are close by, and the surrounding nature makes it easy to completely unwind.
Give yourself the chance to feel the calm and create new memories in this soulful summer house.
