Sweeping Views on the Water w/ Hot Tub

  • Situated on the northern shore of Orcas Island this quiet, charming A-frame chalet has sweeping 180 views of the Salish Sea, Canada, and Mount Baker.

    Great for families - enjoy the hot tub, large wood stove, foosball table, large deck and beach area. The house has a lot of custom Orcas touches to go along with the more recent remodel work. The bathrooms have radiant heated floors. Lots of board games and puzzles in the house.

    Please note, other than the master, not all bedrooms have the highest level of sound privacy if that is a requirement.

    Beach access is private for this property. There is a slightly sloping trail down from the deck.

    There is often firewood on site and this is available for use if so.

    Driveway is a little steep and composed of crushed rock. There is space for two cars at the bottom to fit comfortably. Three is possible, but is a tight fit.

Wonderful Experience

It is a wonderful home in a perfect location with actual sweeping views of the water and islands. They have done a lovely job with the renovations they have made. It was a perfect home away from home. We have already started talking about when we can go back.

Great location, amazing views

This is a really fantastic vacation rental. The listing is super accurate - it’s an older place, with lots renovated. Bathrooms are great, and the living/dining/kitchen all being open to each other is fantastic. The real star however is the views, deck, and hot tub. You would be really hard pushed to find a better view in a vacation property. Really clear view of mount baker. Sit and watch fishermen and otters go by. Walk down to the water and take a dip in the ocean. It’s idyllic. Easy access to Eastsound and Moran State Park.
