Secluded 4 BR Eastham home close to beach with expansive views of Cape Cod Bay!

Charming home, steps away from private beach. Create lasting memories with cookouts and water view sunsets from your large, expansive deck. Beautiful water views from your open living / kitchen area and primary bedroom. Remodeled Primary Bath and Powder Room -new this season!

A short minute walk to Sunken Meadow Beach and 5 minute drive to National Seashore ocean beaches. A great location to explore the Massachusettes Bay Audubon Sanctuary, Rail Trail Bike Path, and unique towns and attractions on the Outer Cape.

Home includes 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, wi-fi/internet, outdoor shower, beach chairs (4) and beach wagon. Guests supply linen and towels or can contract with service (details upon request).

Up to 2 pets (less than 50 lb) permitted @ $100 /per pet / week. Saturday to Saturday rental periods available in 2023.

This is a beautiful and quiet location in Eastham and spending time on the deck was delightful. Great views and sunsets! The house itself is also very nice. It is a good amount of space, nice furnishings and everything is very fresh and clean.

Beautiful house and setting

Spending time at the house and on the deck was like being on vacation in a beautiful setting without going anywhere! The house was clean and fresh, the kitchen had a good supply of cookware and dishes and there was a good supply of blankets in the bedrooms. You can spend plenty of time on the deck since there is a covered portion with it's own set of furniture as well as an open area with tables and chairs. We loved spending time out there enjoying the marsh view. Rick the owner was super friendly and very easy to reach.

Friends Getaway

This house and location were perfect for my friends and I. We could sit and look out at the marshes for hours! Interspersed with trips to local beaches and towns, and were "home" to glorify in the sunset every night of our stay. A modern kitchen, two bbq grills to choose from, full laundry, plenty of room and a leisurely stroll to the beach...this is heaven.

Annual Cape Family Trip

Sept 10 - 17. Nice time to be at the Cape. Not crowded. Some things closed on Labor Day (Beachcomber, Arnolds). The property was in a perfect location. Central to all the ocean beaches and a short walk to So. Sunken Meadow Beach (bay side). Great area to walk your dog right in front of the house. Very private and quiet. Owner very friendly and informative of the property and answered all questions regarding permits needed and where to attain them. The house was very clean and provided everything you need (except towels and linens). The layout was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children under 2 years old (and a 15-year-old blind dog). The bedrooms are very spacious, as well as the bathrooms. My only comment would be that there is not a large enough eating space for more than 4 people to sit together, and the master bathroom is in dire need of an update (very 60's/70's). Other than that, it was perfect for our family. I would stay at this property again.

Beach house in the Pines

The home owner was charming and accommodating. When we mentioned needing a few things ( remote was broken, lighter and BBQ tongs) he brought them to us immediately. The house was spacious and deck large. Perfect for two young children who needed to run around.

Family time in the cape

Dog friendly, walk to the beach, fully equipped for nights in, and within 5 minutes of the national seashore/Audubon/top restaurants. Rick was welcoming and and we had a blast.

Gorgeous sunsets, amazing beaches

The home has amazing views of the sunset over the bay and is very close to a number of great beaches (both bay and ocean side). There was plenty of space for our group of 9, and the owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family getaway

Roomy and clean home for your family! Four full bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower (big hit with everyone). Amazing views of the marshes and bay and lovely large and partially covered deck. Updated and roomy, well equipped kitchen. Only small issues are that the bathrooms could use updating and the road on which the house is located is dirt and very bumpy. Don’t bring a low riding sports car. Wonderful, responsive owners!

beautiful peaceful marsh view

The property has been newly updated and the kitchen was well supplied. The master bedroom on the main floor has a lovely view and is air conditioned. The bed rooms in the basement are roomy. We enjoyed the easy access to the local beach, the quiet location and of course the view of the sunset every night!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our trip. Richard and Bailey were very responsive and accommodating. Perfect amount of privacy and only minutes from the bay beach. It worked out perfectly for our family. It is worth noting that this house is located off a dirt road so don’t come here in a sports car!

Terrific location, deck, view, kitchen, living room.

Loved the whole week! The bay beach is wonderful and just a short walk. Everything else Cape-wise is easily accessible.
