The location was perfect as a starting point for walks and bike rides and was and was an easy 5 min drive to two wonderful ocean-side beaches!"

"This is a sweet, clean home at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The place feels clean and fresh, the outdoor shower smelled of new aromatic cedar, and they even had a disc golf basket and disks available for practicing! We arrived to home made cookies from Tara our host in honor of my wife's recent retirement. Wow! Tara and her team have done a great job here, highly recommended."

"This house was just perfect for my family. We were able to fit all members comfortably. House had everything to go to the beach and to cook. We made several meals and had 14 people sitting comfortably around the tables to eat together. I will get the house again next summer. And wonderful location next to First Encounter Beach!"

"The house was clean but needs some general maintenance work. I communicated those issues with the rental company. The issues included blinds missing from a bedroom, a broken trash container, a leak in the basement, and possible mold as a result, possible termite damage, some leakage evident in the ceiling and a missing smoke detector from the bedroom accessed by the spiral staircase. The house is otherwise lovely so fixing these issues would help. "
