「I spent three nights in this hotel for combined business/pleasure. Harrah's is a high customer volume resort focused on its casino business. While the rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave, the guest experiences lacks in all other areas. I received the wrong check in information (automated) that made me walk literally a mile to my room. There, the safe deposit box was broken with the hair of the previous occupant still stuck in the sink. The indoor pool was dirty with grime in the basin...

「We requested a room with microwave, refrigerator, shower and a king size bed and our request was granted all. Everything was very comfortable and our car was parked close to our window. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you make a reservation between Monday-Thursday the rates are very reasonable. We were a couple of blocks away from the casino also. Also if you make a reservation directly on their website when you finalize your payment you get an automatic 15% discount. We will be going back...

「Parking was easy and the AC did keep the room cool. Accommodations were comfortable and the balcony at back of room with the river right outside was very pleasant. Would stay again.」
