「Pet friendly place right near downtown Sioux Falls! Easily walkable to all stores, bars, restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and would do it again!」

「Property was advertised as a 3 bedroom. It is a two bedroom with a "common space" you can put the fold away beds in. We needed a three bedroom do to the fact we had an infant that needed their own space. Short of that, the property was fantastic.」

「House was very nice, well updated. Had what I would anticipate for a VRBO when it comes to items in the kitchen. The space downstairs was awesome! We loved the oversized beanbag and big screen TV.We enjoyed getting to know the neighbors, as they shared tips and favorite places to go in Sioux Falls. Great city! A couple of helpful things would be grilling utensils, a bath mat and a dresser/somewhere to put clothes. The back patio is a nice little area, a table and chairs would complement quite...

「I booked the day prior to arrival due to the prior location's host cancelling unexpectedly! Nick was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. The property was comfortable for the three of us. The futon style sofa bed really could not sleep two people over the age of 10. I will stay there again when I am in the area. Thanks Nick for all your help.」

「Cute little place to stay. it was an easy drive to our relatives. House had a nice welcome package. Hopefully it will be available next summer as well when we hopefully make it out again. Wish we could have gotten Espn, it wouldn’t let us use our home log in , so we missed playoff games. 」
