「The room was very comfortable and everything was very clean, could use a few plug ins that are easy to get to. I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good!」

「The customer service was impeccable! The General manager was so kind and accommodating. I had a recent knee surgery and he personally helped me with my bags and getting my car. It was such a good experience. 」

「Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Quick registration. Room clean and comfortable. Easy access off freeway with several restaurants within walking distance. 」

「華美ではありませんが、清掃が行き届いていて、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。 1ヶ月ほどロードトリップで様々なホテルに宿泊しておりますが、部屋のエアコンのカビ臭無く、椅子に飲食のシミが無く、隅々までホコリ無く掃除してあったのはこちらのホテルだけです。ビリングスに再訪の際は是非また泊まりたいと思います。」

「Comfortable and pleasant, the dining room was tacky and a bit dirty. The check in lady was friendly and patient but needed to wash her hair.」

「Front staff was great as were the ladies in the hall. The gentleman handling the breakfast was awesome and he was very attentive to the breakfast area. The selection of breakfast items was great. Wish there was some kind of shelving in the bathroom and some drawers for clothes. The beds definitely need to be replaced, pretty broken down. 」

「The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. However, there was a bit of a lack of professionalism. I was traveling alone with my young daughter. Maybe because of this, they "upgraded" our room to a more secure section inside the hotel. The hotel itself is a kind of motel with rooms being accessed from outside doors. Apparently, there was a pool but we didn't use it or the exercise room and vending machines. 」
