「We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person. 」

「The parking lot was full every night. The breakfast was good, but wasn’t getting replenished as fast as people were eating (we were there for a volleyball tournament). The floors in the public areas were wet from kids in/out the pool & no one to mop the floors or put out wet floor signs. Only one ice machine & it’s on the first floor. The room itself was nice & clean. Staff was really nice.」

「There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!」

「Very clean room. Breakfast was hot and a variety of items. I felt safe in the,area. Several food choices close by. The hotel is a little odd to get to, but no issues once you got there.」

「Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend.」

「I actually considered just forfeiting the non refundable fee i paid for the room. I was afraid to touch anything it was so dirty and run down. If it hadn't been so late when we finally got to the room after dinner we would have packed up and left.」

「Breakfast was better than expected: sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, toast, hot fresh coffee. Parking was very easy and convenient. Easy access to and from the highway and downtown Billings. Very safe and secure. Very clean room. I was able to park my truck right outside the room. 」
