"Clean, accessible room with a killer view of the Mary Eddy Library and reflecting pool. Very comfortable bed and nice to have steamer, coffee maker and mini fridge. Nice staff. Not the best place to stay with accessibility issues though - you must take stairs (I was in a wheelchair, so very painful), and the garage elevator almost did not fit my normal manual wheelchair. Location is fantastic for the able-bodied."

"Everything was top shelf here granted there was only one robe in the room and they should've been 2 And there was a little confusion over the room I had booked But the staff was amazing and the hotel is immaculate. The food in the restaurant really good I mean really good. I watched my girl smile when she took a bite of her lobster dish and say it was the best she ever had And when I asked for help, and when I asked for a favor The staff was amazing We'll be back"
