「Amazing condominium for a quick getaway -- it's actually our second time renting this space! We picked this condo because of its spacious layout; but more so, for its expansive wraparound balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days, with a book in hand, watching out over the ocean, as well as playing cornhole on the balcony during nice weather. 「This condo met our expectations, even with being a little dated. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was sticked with everything we needed during our stay. Paper towels, tp, hand soap, diah soap, and kleenex were all provided. The view us amazing. We saw sime sun rises and sunsets, but most of the time we were in the clouds, it was a foggy weekend. Great location, kids loved the pools too. We will definately be returning to this gem.」

「Exceptionally located in the community, especially for listening to the Freeman Stage music concerts! Condo was incredibly clean! I wish more kitchen items were available for our family of 6, such as cups, glasses, measuring cups/spoons, a cookie sheet and large baking pan. We DEFINITELY recommend to families or couples looking for the best experience of the Delaware shore!」

「Iconic old-world property in charming Berlin, MD -- although historic, it also is in need of a "facelift" that would preserve its historic significance yet also both modernize and update the property. Outstanding restaurant, front-porch and location. Although a bit "tired" -- strongly recommend for a nice "get-away."」
