We’re a group of close friends getting away after the holidays to chill and have fun. The house was perfect and in a beautiful spot on a lake. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again.

Property was great for a large group (we were 6 adults, 5 children). House was very clean. Only critique would be an update of some of the cookware. Pans were very old, and difficult to cook on. Also they could add a few things to make the house cozier like some throw pillows and blankets. Overall, a very enjoyable trip.

Excellent property for a family gathering where we celebrated a family Thanksgiving. The accommodations met our overall needs. The kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Both items providing lots of fun for the participants. Acommodations were adequate for 11people.

Bright, spacious and beautiful winter views! Great kitchen layout for cooking and large groups. Kitchenware/dishes needed some cleaning before using. Driveway and stairs a bit slippery when we got there. Snow removal came after a snowstorm, plowed the driveway, shoveled the deck but not the stairs, which we had to do and salt. A few lamps (instead of all overhead lighting), sofa accent pillows or throws, etc. would up the charm, cozy winter vibe. Overall, a responsive host and a memorable weekend.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This home provided a perfect retreat for our family's ski trip. It was both private with a beautiful lake view, yet close to shopping, restaurants and Camelback Ski resort. Our host was very responsive and the family can't wait to stay at this property again!

This house was spacious, clean and very comfortable for seven adults and 6 kids between the ages of 1-10 for a weeklong family vacation. We loved the little lake, the boats, the yard, the pool and playground, watching deer, sitting together at the same dining table (rare for a group our size!) and the ease of communication with Eugene before and throughout our stay.

Loved having the lake view and access. Really enjoyed fishing and kayaking canoeing whenever. Love the great room and large dining table. Loved the large countertops for buffet serving. The ice maker didn't work and since Eugene was out of the country that didn't get resolved. He was very responsive before.

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! Eugene, the host; is always quick to respond and always willing to do whatever it takes to please his guests. We stayed here two years ago, and Eugene has done some wonderful upgrades to the bathrooms. We also loved the new fire pit area. Thank you, again, Eugene; for making our stay so memorable!

As always, Eugene our property manager was great. There were a few glitches with checking in but he handled it well. This is the 2nd time we’re here in this property and we loved it. The bathroom was renovated and it was beautiful. I definitely will be coming back again. We had an unforgettable memories there.

We have stayed at this property before and we loved it so much that we came back and will continue to come back. The home is extremely beautiful, welll appointed and spacious. The place was immaculate when we checked in. The kitchen has all of the items that you need to cook. Sheets and towels are supplied. It is right on a lake and very close to skiing. Dealing with Eugene is a pleasure.

Everything was great except for checking in at gates. Multiple gates and gps sent everyone to wrong gate. Traffic and long line checking in.

The neighborhood is wonderful and the proximity to the pond is great. Check in was made a bit tricky by the gate, but overall that was fine. Unfortunately there were some cleanliness issues. Most of the dishes in the cabinets had bits of food or oil residue on them, and we found one pot in the cabinet that had standing water and old noodles remaining in it. The dishwasher did not work well at all, so we had to wash dishes we wanted to use by hand. We also had drainage issues with the jack and Jill bathroom shower.
Once these issues are fixed it will be a great family vacation spot.

The house is large with plenty of space to move around if it rains. The kitchen is spacious for a large group. The wild life is wonderful to watch. The lake was fun and so was using the fire pit. Our whole family could play games together on the large dining room table. Wi-Fi is spotty at times but overall it was a great trip.
Just a few items that needed fixed or updated but other than that five stars.

Your first impression as your enter the cavernous pentagonal living room will blow your socks off. You will think you have entered a 17th century monastery with cathedral ceilings and a huge adjacent kitchen with two monstrous islands and comfortable seating for 16. Every modern convenience is there - well lighted through countless skylights. Outside is a surround deck with a grill, hot tub, fire pit, lake view, and baby deer wandering peacefully through your back yard. Spotlessly clean.
There are comfortable bedrooms on three levels with queen and bunk beds galore. This was our fourth VRBO residence and our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Your group will love it. This is the nicest home in the Poconos.

The home was large and easily accommodated our family (ten adults, three children). Location was excellent. We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. The fire pit was an enjoyable way to end our days.
Major complaint was the cleanliness of the floors. They were dirty, and our 10 month grandson, and two other grandchildren were literally filthy playing on the family room floor. The tops of his feet and knees were black from crawling on the dirty floor.
Bring a mop and expect to clean if you rent this house.

We were a group of 12 friends whose original booking was canceled just a few hours before check-in. Eugene saved the day by responding promptly and doing everything possible to make our weekend plans a reality.
The house itself is absolutely gorgeous! We had a blast. The vaulted ceilings added so much to the atmosphere of our getaway, and the lake view is truly stunning. I wish I had a kitchen like the one they have there. Just a couple of tips for those lucky enough to book this property ahead of time and prepare for their stay: get some paper towels, a tablecloth, more dishwasher pods, and all your toiletries. Our group has absolutely nothing to complain about. It was a one-of-a-kind weekend getaway!
Once again I want to thank Eugene for being so accommodative, and showing us what a true hospitality is.

We had THE BEST time! The property was clean and we were able to arrive about 1/2 early. We had a group of 12 and our three Labrador retrievers! Every couple had their own bedroom. The property was very clean and stocked with enough supplies for all. We did have a shoprite order ready for pick up when we arrived. The Shoprite was only about 10 min away. The lake was beautiful and we were able to use the paddle boat for fishing. Our family booked activities for every day and this property was close to all! We enjoyed Bushkill Falls (30 min), Camelback Water Park and Mountain Coaster (18 min), goat hike at Fustercluck Farm (20 min), pontoon rental on Lake Wallenpaupack (50 min), shopping at the outlets (17 min), and dinner at Barley Creek Brewery (15 min). The family loved EVERY moment! It was perfect for our dogs because they loved the wooded area and lake. I love a house with no carpeting because it makes for easy sweeping for dog hair. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly! HIGHLY recommend for a fun family getaway!

I’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO homes and never had a bad experience. This House is in need of a deep cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere and floors were very dirty. There were no cleaning supplies such as windex, dish or laundry detergent, brillo pads, nothing to clean floors, and all but one bathroom ran out of toilet paper. All the amenities that were supposed to be included were not to be found. If you plan on cooking be prepared to bring everything including salt and tin foil. Plenty of room but totally felt like a party house. Pool table could not be leveled to play. We tried. Disappointing overall for the price we paid.

Overall, this was a great house to stay in while visiting the Poconos. The area was quiet and it was nice waking up to deer on the property. The inside of the house was clean for the most part but if you really looked in the corners, closets and behind things dead bugs and cobwebs were found. The sheets and towels were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The outside needs some work. The hot tub just feels old and used. There were ants around it and some bugs inside. We didn’t use it. The front steps need lights on them. Definitely a tripping hazard at night. There is an electrical outlet in the living room without a cover. The house was also extremely cold so bring sweatshirts. Communication was great with the owner leading up to the vacation. The gate to get in is a pain and there was often a line to get in because the passes weren't scanning. I also don’t know if you can get food delivered due to the gates. The pond looked nice but was buggy and stagnant for lack of better words. We had no desire to get in the boats and go on the lake. Overall, it was good for what we needed, would probably try another house though if I was going to the poconos again.

On the positive side, the house was big enough to accommodate our entire family (12 adults and 4 children). The property backs up to a lake stocked with fish and the house is equiped with a row boat.
Deer roam the area and our grandchildren had an opportunity to feed a baby fawn that wandered into the back yard.
On the negative side, the house needs to be deep cleaned. There was mold in the downstairs bathrooms when we arrived. The house is also in need of some repair. Not all of the ceiling fans or room lights work. The front door glass is held in it's frame by rolled up paper towels and the garage is filled with construction debris and there are pieces of landscape lights broken on the front yard. I don't think we will return to this rental again.

We had 14 guys stay for 3 nights Thursday-Sunday and had a great time. A few things that could have been better: There are two entrances to the community and our GPS took us to the one you can't go in as a first time visitor, so we had to go another 15 minutes around to the other side to get in. Be sure to confirm with Eugene which one to enter before going. Also make sure when you fill out the form in advance you submit all the names of your drivers. Finally, be advised that if you have more than 6 cars in your party, they won't be able to get into the community and the best we could do was park them at a bowling alley in town and send someone to pick them up.
The two windows by the sink in the kitchen would not close, the net on the ping pong table was broken (we bought a new one to replace it), there were no tissues in the house, and a limited number of dishwasher pods. There was one bath towel per person and no other towels in the house, and the sheets had to be put on the bed. The provided boats were also not in usable condition. Each of these were small things, but they combined to create a sense that accommodations were sparse beyond the place itself.
That said, the place itself is great! Spacious, great natural light, great hot tub, fire pit, lots of beds, access to the pond, ping pong & pool table, easy to use kitchen and grill, and good accommodations at the community center. I'd stay again.

This property is in the middle of a neighborhood. There was 11 of us and we each got one towel for showering.( they supplied) No hand towels , no wash clothes. The 3 kitchen towels were old and ratty. The mattresses were like what you would find on a bunk beds on all the beds. 4 inch mattresses. There were missing light bulbs in all the fixtures which left the bedrooms dark and dank. The kitchen lacked basic things. This house can service 12 people but only had silverware for 10. Some pots and pans were greasy and looked like they came from a garage sale. No light above the stove so you could not see what you were cooking. Ping pong table was nice but the balls were all cracked and the paddles were torn and useless. The pool table was not level. Bugs and webs everywhere. Some of the bathrooms had black mold around the shower and toilet. Floor grout was disgusting. I would not recommend.
