Our family had a wonderful stay here. Host was extremely gracious. Pool was refreshing- clean and perfect temperature. There's a huge deck that wraps around half the house overlooking the pool and playing field. Property is very family oriented there are lots of toys, books and games for all ages.Property is older than I thought, although the kitchen and bathrooms are updated.

We had a very nice stay. The house is very nice, and the pool was great and very private. Very nice deck and grounds too. The host was very friendly and helpful. It should be noted that a significant portion of the house was locked off from access, but the space was still quite comfortable and everything was as shown in the pictures.

Perfect for a family gathering

Quintessential Poconos property with woods and deer grazing nearby. The roomy pool was DIVINE! It's heated to the perfect temp, not a chill to get in. We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! It would be a great place in the winter too if you come to ski in the area. temp and not a chill to get in

Fun in the Poconos

The house was perfect for a group of 12 of my friends from NYC. The pool, yard, and games have us plenty to do and also near some incredible views.

90% accurate

You will have a ton of fun in this place. Super responsive hosts and friendly as they allowed us to check out late. The only thing wrong was they did not have hot water for showers which they fixed it . But went away the next day and didn’t bother telling them again. Great place overall

Many issues

Got to the property and realized the house had window ac units that where very noisy. Door handle fell off to the back porch door. Hot tub broke first time it was used. Nice shower but broken and missing body jets ruined that. Many repairs needed to the house. Pool filter was off for 2 days before we had to call and have someone turn it on. Very poor response by the contact person. Overall for the crazy high price it was not worth it at all.

Enjoyable. Lots of activities for kids

Our whole group had a great time. The house was clean and met all our needs. Kids really like the backyard area and pool. Denis was very responsive and was a great host. As compared to the Poconos, the location offered just as many activities for us to explore.

Serenity

This was by all means the best decision of my life when it comes to my family vacation. It was close enough to malls and local businesses as well as the privacy of the property was excellent. The management Denis was awesome and always available if I needed him. I love the home and will absolutely be back again. Thanks to Denis and his crew for a wonderful stay.

Water in hot tub was not clean, we could not use it. The caretaker response was not satisfactory.

Except above issue, the place was good and it was perfect for us. May look into it again in future family union.

Perfect Getaway with a Big Family

This well kept home is big enough to accommodate all 29 of us (18 adults, 10 kids and a dog). It has oversize bedrooms and lots of parking space. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, flea market, restaurants, lake, Bushkill Falls and I'm sure there are more that we haven't discovered yet. In addition, there are so much to do to keep everyone occupied in the house. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool/ping pong table, foosball, trampoline and the playground. Would definitely go back for another getaway with the family.

Not new, but has much to offer

We had three different families staying on the property. The property had many items to use that you normally have to buy. They had plenty plates and utensils, not all matching, but worked wonderfully. Had a nice outdoor grill and extra gas tank. The dish washer did a great job on cleanup. Kids loved the pool. Property manager was readily available and helpful.

GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILY REUNION

We rented this property over a weekend in June and everyone loved it. We had a group ranged in age from 2 to 88 and there was something to do for everyone. The pool was a big hit with everyone and we spent most of our time there. There is a spacious side yard for soccer and wiffle ball tournaments while some of us sat around the fire pit. The grill was great and plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor including a small room with screen porch that was a big hit for cards and games. I saw reviews about the mattresses but no one really complained and I found my bed very comfortable. The check in is quick and easy but you have to be there to meet with the owner rather than use lockbox - it worked for us and Dennis was very accommadating. We rented the entire house so plenty of room for our group but I think the house can be divided in two. It worked great for us because we could put the later nighters in the one part of the house where you couldn't hear a thing. The only complaint everyone had is that we didn't book longer to enjoy the house more and the surrounding area as there is so much to do.

A property with a very responsive host

Stayed her with my cousin celebrating a 30th birthday and we could not be happier. So close to Shawnee however there is plenty in the house to enjoy the whole weekend inside. Will definitely rent again .

Nice house but be cautious (your deposit may EASILY get taken!)

The house was really great - spacious and well kept and we enjoyed our time while there. Denis, as a host, was really quick to respond in his communication. However, we lost most of our deposit due to dishes being left unwashed and the carpet having pine needles on the floor. As a group, we have always been extremely responsible and picked up after ourselves. We spent the night before as well as the morning of cleaning the house to ensure everything was cleaned and the garbage was thrown out. We even washed all the dishes and loaded the dishwasher. There were pine needles on the floor because there were pine needles right outside but nothing some vacuuming and carpet cleaning couldn’t clean. The cleaning fee is supposed to cover the dishes and carpet, which should be cleaned before new visitors regardless. The cleaning fee was meant the to cover the entire cleaning, so it’s crazy that we would be charged so much more. Either the cleaning ladies lied about needing more help in the house or someone wanted to keep our money. It was extremely disappointing to have heard we lost our deposit because of pine needles on the floor some unwashed dishes in the dishwasher. The carpet was already dirty to begin with and not sparkling clean. We should’ve taken pictures of the house beforehand as proof, so that’s my advice to you if you choose this house. I will not be staying with this host again.
