"We were checking in around 6:30 on a Wed. I called for help with parking and the staff directed me to the parking garage over the supermarket across the street, but it said it closes at 10 pm and cars left would be booted. The traffic was very dense and we called back and a staff member went out back of the hotel, where there are a few parking spaces. He said one was open and directed us to the parking lot behind the hotel. He was comforting to me when I had never visited the Bronx before. I was pleased for the warm welcome."

"If you’re needing a place to stay and going to JFK this is a clean safe place with breakfast and like 5 blocks to the Airtrain. Quiet and efficient. Neighborhood is a little sketch but once inside absolutely nothing to complain about"
