"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didn’t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...

"The cabins are old and need a bit of work. In the ‘wet’ room bathroom, the water from the shower ran away from the drain and out towards the kitchen. The crockery, pots and pans weren’t clean and the mattresses were stained, saggy and soft. It’s very basic accommodation but as they charge you more than a family room at a good hotel it needs to be much better."

"Der var rent og pænt, men vi kunne ikke få varme på huset. Så måtte have hjælp udefra. Den kom heldigvis hurtig. Der manglede batteri i fjernbetjening og en støvsuger der ikke virkede. Det kunne være dejligt med bedre beskrivelser på hvor man kunne komme af med skrald og wifi kode man kunne læse. Men ellers fungerede det fint."
